How to order products in the 'FLEIT' e-shop

The seller of the goods offered in this online shop www.fleit.lv (SIA Fleit reg. No. 40103265276, Legal address: Jaunsaules Street 5C- 18, Riga, Latvia, LV-1083), on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”, and the person (natural or legal person) placing the Order, hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”, on the other hand, enter into the following Agreement. The Seller undertakes to sell the Goods to the Customer upon the order of the Customer and to deliver the Goods to the Customer upon receipt of payment into the bank account of the Seller. The Customer agrees to pay the amount of the order and the delivery costs (if any). An Order is an order for Goods comprising all the Goods which the Customer wishes to purchase from the Seller and which are specified in a single Order. The Customer accepts the Terms and Regulations when he or she has read them and ticks the box “I have read and accept the Terms and Regulations” at the time of order confirmation. The Terms and Regulations so approved shall constitute a binding legal document on the Parties, the terms, conditions, delivery and return procedures, liability of the Parties and other provisions.

Only the relevant personal data necessary for the purposes for which it is processed is collected — your name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address, delivery method, payment method, payment details.

The legislation of the Republic of Latvia requires the owner of an online shop to specify the terms of delivery and return of goods, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such a clause is called a distance agreement.

· The Customer selects the goods by choosing a specific model and quantity. · When ordering the goods, the Customer must indicate in the relevant information fields the data necessary for the correct execution of the order, which www.fleit.lv processes in accordance with the Privacy Policy. · When the Customer selects the product or service, creates the shopping cart and completes all order transactions, a legal relationship of purchase is deemed to have been established between the Seller and the Customer and a purchase agreement has been concluded. · Each Order is stored in the www.fleit.lv database, subject to the confidentiality policy

· The Customer shall have the right to purchase www.fleit.lv goods in accordance with these terms and conditions. · The Customer shall have the right to cancel an Order in accordance with the procedures set out in these Terms and Conditions. · The Customer shall have the right to withdraw from the Agreement in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. · The Customer shall have the right to exchange or return the purchased goods in accordance with the procedures set out in these Terms and Conditions. · The Customer shall fulfil his or her obligations through www.fleit.lv, comply with these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and shall not violate the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. · The Customer shall pay for and accept the goods or services ordered in accordance with the procedures set out in these Terms and Conditions.

By placing an Order and entering the necessary information, the Customer confirms that he or she has complied with and agrees that the data provided by him or her shall be used to enable the Seller to accept the Order of the Customer and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. By entering the information, the Customer agrees to the sending of notifications to the e-mail address provided in relation to the processing of the Order of the Customer.
